Established in 2024 with state of the art equipment, the Hale House Sports Therapy Studio was created as an extension of the already well-established Osteopathy & Health Care Clinic, Hale House.
Our aim is to offer a specialist service to those wishing to recover from sports injuries or perhaps have more of a sport & rehabilitative approach to their current injury. Not only do we work with people wishing to achieve personal health & fitness goals as they recover from injury, we also work with those wishing to improve their sporting performance, whether it be professional sport or Couch to 5K.
With our state of the art all-in-one trainer we are sure no matter the exercise required for your recovery, we will be able to offer it.
Our Force USA G3 offers a huge array of exercises from cables and smith machine, to the leg press, squat rack and deadlift rack. As well as this we can offer the use of free weights, bench press, chin-up bar, landmine and much more.
Our equipment sits in our studio which measures 15m x 5m, enough for a Yoga class of 12 people plus an instructor, offering the perfect area for floor-based exercises.
We also have full access to the clinic suite at Hale House which boasts 7 ground floor treatment rooms which we use for our hands-on techniques with patients such as sports massage, mobilisations. and more.
Hale House has a strong team ethos that all patients should be given the best service that they require. In some cases, this may mean an in-house referral to a colleague who specialises in the injury you are suffering with.
Not only do our 2 Sports Therapists work alongside our 5 Osteopaths and Bio-mechanical Podiatrist, they also receive weekly mentoring from clinic directors Joanna Waterworth & Ross Gemmell.
Each week they review patient cases to see where improvements can be made to uphold the highest standards of practice as well as the best outcomes for patients.
The Hale House team currently stands at 15 practitioners strong, equating to a diverse wealth of experience throughout the whole team.
