Jade offers Sports Therapy at Northallerton Osteopaths - Hale House.
Jade joined our team in 2022 while studying for her Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (BSc) degree at Teesside University. She worked as the Sports Massage Therapist for Hale House - Northallerton Osteopaths until she successfully completed her degree in the summer of 2024. Now, she offers both Sports Therapy and Sports Massage.
Her studies included the assessment, treatment, management, and prevention of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries related to activity, exercise, and sport.
Jade welcomes patients from all backgrounds, not just athletes. So, whether you play sports or not, you are welcome.
Jade offers various treatment modalities including sports massage, joint mobilisations, cupping, and exercise prescription. She uses her training to advise her patients on the best route to return to their activities or sports as soon as possible.
If you prefer to receive a Sports Massage only, that is no problem. All appointments with Jade are the same price and length, regardless of the treatment you choose. Please mention your preference when booking or inform Jade during your appointment. Our pricing structure is based on the time spent with the practitioner, regardless of the techniques they use.
